Rick Taintor is a retired community planning professional. He has served as Planning Director for Framingham, MA and Portsmouth, NH, and as a consultant to cities and towns in New England and to state and federal agencies across the country. With interests in active transportation and sustainable community development, Rick is a founding member and president of Newburyport Livable Streets and a member of the board of Coastal Trails Coalition. He is also chair of the Newburyport Planning Board and vice chair of the Merrimack Valley Planning Commission.
