Jane Niebling
Jane Niebling, artist and forager, has served on both the Tree Commission and the Friends of Newburyport Trees. She is also a member of the team that manages the Edible Avenue on the Newburyport Rail Trail. She has lived in Newburyport for 40 years and is very protective of the few remaining undeveloped spaces in town.

The Tree Commission has planted and cared for well over 1,000 trees. FoNT and scores of residents have helped make Newburyport considerably leafier than it was 17 years ago.
